Our friends in the country have just put in a rim-flow pool, which takes amazing advantage of the breath-taking view from their front garden!With our mutual Canadian friends out over Christmas, we had great fun posing for photographs with such an impressive backdrop!
And then, of course, the children could no longer wait to actually swim in it! And they stayed in until long after the sun had gone down

Gosh what a beautiful setting!! I love the shots of the photo of the ladies being taken; and the one of the men with their reflections in the water; and the last one of the green children :-)
If you could have seen this property when our friends bought it, you would not believe it is the same place. They have transformed it very cleverly, with very limited finances into a gem! Those were Patrick's photos - he has such an eye for the unusual!
